Women's Takes Care Of Business At Missouri Valley JV

The NCMC women's basketball team delivered a strong all-around performance in an 83–50 victory over Missouri Valley College JV, using balanced scoring, aggressive defense, and dominance on the glass to pull away. They are now 15-7 with their next action on Wednesday when they travel to Metropolitan CC.

Addilyn Henke led all scorers with a game-high 20 points off the bench, shooting an efficient 6-of-9 from the field, knocking down two three-pointers, and going a perfect 6-for-6 at the free-throw line. Laney Uchtman added 15 points and a team-best nine rebounds, while Tailer Morrison was a force inside with 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting and seven rebounds, including seven offensive boards.

Honor Mannings chipped in 11 points and was disruptive defensively with five steals, while Peyton Johnson provided a spark from deep, hitting three three-pointers for nine points. The Lady Pirates controlled the rebounding battle 48–36 and forced 36 turnovers, turning defense into offense throughout the contest.

North Central also received solid contributions across the lineup, finishing with 20 assists and 22 steals as the Lady Pirates showcased their depth in the convincing road win.
