CAMP DATE & TIMES

Date: July 22, 2026

Session 1 - Grades 3-5: 9:30am-12:00pm

Session 2 - Grades 6-8: 1:00pm-4:30pm

LOCATION

Burleigh Grimes Field which is located at 1856 E. Tenth Street, Trenton, MO 64683

If there is rain or wet field conditions, the camp will be moved to the Russ Derry Practice Facility – NCMC Campus (1316 Lulu St, Trenton, MO 64683)

CAMP PURPOSE

This camp is designed for children grades 3-8.  Instruction is geared toward sportsmanship and the proper fundamentals of baseball in areas specific to hitting, pitching, fielding and catching.  Instruction will be provided by the NCMC coaches and players in partnership with the Royals Amateur Development System staff members.

Cost: $30 per student.

CHECK IN TIMES

Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to a given session.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY CONCERNS

All campers must have a signed waiver form releasing North Central Missouri College from all medical expenses, accidents, or illness occurring during camp times.

Each camper must provide proof of insurance including a photo copy of front and back of their insurance card.  North Central Missouri College is not responsible for any actual claims or responsible for payment of the deductible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Campers will be expected to adhere to camp rules and campers will be removed from drills if directions are not followed.

NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE MADE FOR CAMPERS DISMISSED FROM CAMPS.

WHAT TO BRING

Campers must bring their own glove, bat, helmet and catching equipment (if interested).  

Each camper should be dressed appropriately, wearing baseball apparel (pants, socks, baseball hat, t-shirt (no cut-offs).  Please do not wear any inappropriate clothing (insulting sayings, inappropriate language).

It is recommended that each camper label their equipment.
