NCMC softball took four losses in their series at Three Rivers College on Monday and Tuesday to drop their overall record to 9-21 and move the Pirates to 5-5 in Region 16 play.  Their next action will be a road doubleheader on Thursday against region foe State Fair CC.  First pitch is scheduled for 2:00pm.

Offense was difficult to come by in the Three Rivers series.  NCMC got shut out in 3 of 4 games and totaled 12 hits overall.  Ella Barnett led the way with 3 hits.  Pitching for the Pirates also struggled with the potent Raiders offense.  Emma Lisenbee totaled 3.1 innings pitched, allowing 19 earned runs.  Fellow starter Skylar Sunderland allowed 16 earned runs over 4.1 innings.
