The NCMC Women's Golf team traveled to Indianola, IA on Wednesday to compete in the Simpson Storm Spring Classic for their last regular season event held at Indianola Golf Club. The tournament field team scores from Buena Vista University, Waldorf University and host Simpson College who won the team portion of the event with a team score of 

The Pirate Women battled wet conditions and a storm delay but finished strong with Courtney Crose tied for 22nd after posting an 18-hole mark of 106 with nine splits of 55 and 51. Casey Phillips shot a 110 for the Pirates and finishing in 24th place at the event. Phillips recorded two Pars on the day on the Par 3 9th hole and Par 3 16th hole.

The NCMC Women will now turn their attention the NJCAA Region 16/Midwest District Championship on April 27th-28th held at Mozingo Lake Golf Course in Maryville, MO.
