Jessica Maye joined the North Central Missouri College women's basketball staff in June 2026 as an assistant coach. A former collegiate standout, Maye brings experience from both the junior college and NCAA Division II levels, along with a strong background in leadership and student-athlete development.
Maye played at Chattahoochee Valley Community College before transferring to Clayton State University. During her career at Clayton State, she appeared in 60 games and earned recognition for her academic achievement, including selection to the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll. She also served as president of the school's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, demonstrating leadership both on and off the court.
On the court, Maye was known for her versatility as a forward, contributing scoring, rebounding, and defensive production throughout her career. Highlights included multiple double-doubles and a game-winning buzzer beater during the 2022-23 season.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Maye graduated from Jackson-Olin High School and was a multi-sport athlete in basketball, volleyball, and softball. Her diverse athletic background and collegiate leadership experience help shape her approach to coaching, mentoring, and supporting student-athletes at NCMC.
