North Central Missouri College women's basketball earned an 80–64 victory over Jefferson College behind a balanced offensive effort and strong work on the glass. The Lady Pirates improved to 14-7 overall and 2-0 in Region 16 play with the road win. Next up will be a home matchup with St. Louis CC on Saturday.
Honor Mannings led the Lady Pirates with 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting, adding four rebounds and three steals. Liz Oliver recorded a double-double with 16 points and a game-high 14 rebounds, while also contributing three assists and four steals. Sidney Aeschliman and Addilyn Henke each scored 11 points, with Henke dishing out a team-best seven assists. Lexi Burns provided a spark off the bench with nine points and five rebounds. As a team, NCMC controlled the boards with a 51–41 rebounding advantage and totaled 22 assists in the win.
