The 2025-26 season was another exciting and successful year for the NCMC Dance Wave as the team proudly represented North Central Missouri College both on campus and throughout the community. Throughout the year, Dance Wave showcased its talent, school spirit, and energy at numerous events while continuing to build the program's presence across the region.

The team competed in several major events during the season, including the Missouri Valley College Showcase, the College Classic Competition, and the NDA Competition. Each event provided the dancers with opportunities to perform against strong competition, improve their routines, and grow together as a team. Their performances reflected months of hard work, preparation, and dedication to representing NCMC with pride.

In addition to competition season, Dance Wave remained highly visible in the local community. The team participated in multiple area parades throughout the year, helping promote school spirit and community involvement while serving as ambassadors for NCMC. Their enthusiasm and positive energy made them a standout presence at each event.

Dance Wave also played a major role in creating an exciting atmosphere during the basketball season, performing at all home basketball games and helping energize Pirate fans throughout the winter. Their performances added excitement to game days and contributed to the overall fan experience for NCMC athletics.

Head coach Stephanie Hickman praised the team for the attitude and enthusiasm they brought to the program throughout the year.

With another season of performances, competitions, and community engagement completed, the future remains bright for NCMC Dance Wave as the program continues to grow and build momentum.
