Donnie Hillerman serves as the Head Baseball Coach at North Central Missouri College, bringing strong leadership and a competitive mindset to the Pirates baseball program. A dedicated mentor and motivator, Coach Hillerman is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing academic success, personal growth, and athletic excellence.  He has accumulated 528 career wins as a head coach.

Under his guidance, the NCMC baseball team has grown into a respected and hardworking program within the NJCAA, known for its gritty play and team-first culture. Hillerman focuses heavily on fundamentals, accountability, and fostering a winning environment that prepares his players for success at the next level—whether in four-year programs or beyond baseball.

With a passion for the game and a genuine investment in his players’ development, Coach Hillerman continues to build a program that reflects the values of North Central Missouri College and the Trenton community.

Prior to coaching at NCMC, Hillerman was the Head Baseball Coach at St. Louis CC-Florissant Valley.
